We started R&S in Ross on Wye today and it was a great success. With 10 of us in the room the energy soon warmed us and at the end of the hour we were all suitably awoken and relaxed. Starting with Do-In (self massage taught traditionally on Shiatsu courses) we also quickly looked at all the other traditions we will be using.This is an ongoing course so if it sounds good (see full details here) please just come along on a Tuesday morning.

I am planning this course and hope it will be popular as it will have foundation Shiatsu content and therefore it is suitable for anyone who wants to take their study further. As it can be difficult to get the numbers in Hereford I am asking for people to register their interest now so that I can see what size venue will be best. Details on the syllabus are here
